Czar's Sample of the Week

Happy Friday! Another Friday brings us to another installment of Czar's Samples of the Week. Now I started off the year by saying that I would showcase more Ginuwine samples, and I'm keeping my word with this week's sample.

Every Tim stan knows Ginuwine's "What'so Different" from his sophomore album, 100% Ginuwine. The beat switch, the Godzilla roar, the whole track is just amazing. Well, what some don't know is that the main beat samples The Monkee's "Valleri" off their 1968 album, "The Birds, the Bees, and the Monkees." Tim just took the beginning of the track, and created a masterpiece. I love what Tim did to this sample! What do y'all think?

Sadly, that's it for this week's Czar's Sample of the Week. I'll be out next Friday, but I'm going ot make sure that the Friday tradition of Czar's Samples of the Week will continue.

Peace,
Czar
